1. The user declares that he/she is of legal age (over 18) and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by the providers on the G&P CREAR website, and also states that he/she agrees to be bound by this agreement and accepts in full the conditions set out herein to use this website and to contract the services offered.

2. On registering with G&P CREAR you will have a user name and a password chosen by you and which will subsequently be communicated to you by e-mail. G&P CREAR does not accept responsibility for any improper use of the passwords by you as a registered customer on reserving or contracting products or services on the G&P CREAR website. It is the user's responsibility to take due care of the passwords provided for access as a registered customer, preventing improper use thereof or access by third parties.

3. The user gives his/her express consent to receive electronic communications with advertising and commercial news of G&P CREAR and of the products or services it markets. G&P CREAR provides users with the means of contact referred to in the preceding paragraph so that users can revoke their consent.

4. All contents, trademarks, logos, drawings etc. appearing on the G&P CREAR website are protected by intellectual property rights expressly reserved by G&P CREAR or, as the case may be, by the persons or companies indicated as authors or holders of the rights. The breach of the above rights will be prosecuted in accordance with ruling legislation. Accordingly, the reproduction, turning to account, alteration, distribution or public communication in any way or using any means of the entire contents of the G&P CREAR website for uses other than lawful information or contracting by users of the services offered is strictly prohibited. In any case, the prior written consent of G&P CREAR is required.

5. The user accepts that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service is Spanish legislation. The Judges and Courts corresponding to the domicile of the user shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising in relation to the interpretation or application of these clauses. G&P CREAR reserves the right to make any changes it considers appropriate in the terms and conditions established.

6. The sending of data by the user through the G&P CREAR website and the information sent by the latter are protected by the most modern Internet electronic security techniques. Furthermore, the data supplied and stored on our databases are also protected by security systems that prevent access thereto by unauthorized third parties. G&P CREAR employs its best efforts to have the most up-to-date systems for the efficiency of such security systems.

7. The registration of the user as a registered customer of G&P CREAR implies express knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions. The document formalizing the contract will be filed in a database accessible only to G&P CREAR., as controller thereof. The customer may identify and correct any errors occurring in the input of data by notifying G&P CREAR.

8. The user is responsible for providing correct data, especially the delivery address on orders and documents, as well as the names which must match exactly those appearing on his/her National Identity Document. G&P CREAR does not accept responsibility for the problems or expenses generated by errors of this nature.

9. If any clause included in these general conditions were to be declared, in full or in part, null and void or unenforceable, such nullity or unenforceability shall only affect the aforesaid provision or part thereof that is null and void or unenforceable, and the remaining general conditions shall remain in full force and effect and the provision in question, or part thereof, shall be deemed excluded.
